Commissions are only available to clients 18 and over.

Please note that commissions will not be completed in the order they were received, as I will be prioritizing them based on their complexity.

Commissions are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval. I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.

Turnaround time may vary depending on my queue and the complexity of your piece.

Orders may take up to 1-2 months to finish from starting date depending on complexity of the commission and my current workload.

I will only accept major revisions in the sketch phase so please ensure you are happy with the direction the piece is going.

I may work on personal art or other projects in between commissions.

You will receive progress updates at major stages of the work. (e.g., sketch, lineart, final).

You will recieve two versions of your completed commission; the full piece and a transparent piece w/o background. Painting commissions may not include a transparent piece if a complex background is included.

The first two minor revisions are included free of charge. Additional changes will incur extra fees.

You reserve the right to be notified of any major delays with your commission.

No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

Due to variation of difficulty and time necessary for different requests, commissions may not be completed in chronological order.

Adding an extra character will increase the base price by 100% (i.e., it will be doubled).

The base price of a commission may vary depending on the complexity of the requested piece (e.g., detailed backgrounds, intricate designs, NSFW, or unusual poses).

Rush orders are available for an additional fee, which varies based on complexity and the required deadline.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: promotional content for online creators or brands, branding assets (such as video thumbnails, stream overlays, or promotional artwork shared on social media), merchandise intended for sale (e.g., keychains, stickers, prints, standees, etc.), or any use of the commissioned artwork that directly or indirectly generates monetary profit, including promotional activities.

If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. merchandise, branding, advertising, monetized content, etc.), you must purchase commercial rights. Commercial rights will incur an additional fee, typically ranging from 2x to 6x of the base price, depending on the intended usage.

Even with commercial rights, credit is still required whenever the artwork is publicly displayed or used.

By commissioning me, you are confirming to have read my terms of service and to have accepted all the terms described herein.

Unless otherwise specified, you agree to use the artwork only for personal, non-profit use and to credit me appropriately whenever it is shared.

Violators will be permanently added to a blacklist without prior warning, and further appropriate actions may be taken.

Full payment is required upfront before any work on your commission begins.

I currently accept payments through PayPal invoice only.

Once I have accepted your commission, I will wait for your confirmation before sending the invoice. Payment will be due within 24 hours of receiving it.

Once work on a commission has begun, refunds will not be issued unless the cancellation is due to circumstances on my end.

Unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise, all work commissioned from me is solely for personal use (i.e., posting on social media with credit, using as profile pictures/headers, personal printing, etc).

The client is not allowed to claim any commissioned or non-commissioned artwork as their own, nor may they display it in personal portfolios or galleries intended to showcase their own original work.

The client agrees to credit me as the artist of any commissioned work.

The client does not have the right to alter, modify or trace any commissioned work without my explicit permission.

Client agrees to not use the commissioned artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes under any circumstances.

I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

I maintain the right to use or display the commissioned artwork unless stated otherwise. A request for the artwork to remain private will involve additional charges.

If the commission is fan art based on an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork in any form, including but not limited to prints, art books, or other merchandise.

Simple and plain backgrounds are free.

Furries, NSFW, complex design, a lot of accessories, etc. These listed may incur extra fees.
